Chef's Tips:

A very hot oven is the secret: preheat for at least 30 minutes with the baking tray inside.

Freeze pre-baked pizzas: Bake the dough for 5 minutes uncovered, let it cool, add the ingredients, and freeze. To prepare, bake directly in the oven without thawing.

Reuse leftovers: heat slices in a pan with a lid, it will crisp up underneath and the cheese will melt evenly.

Storage:

🔹 Raw dough can be frozen for up to 1 month.

🔹 Ready-made pizzas last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

🔹 To reheat, use an oven or frying pan instead of a microwave.
